Returns/Refunds

All Celebration Shirts are custom made to order. We are unable to accept returns on custom made products with a family or event name on them. Please double check spelling and sizing before ordering. In the event that you've made a mistake during the ordering process, please email jody@springdot.com or call (513) 542-4000 as soon as possible.

If you discover a flaw or design error due to our production process, please let us know and we will gladly refund or replace your merchandise. Refunds/replacements due to a production error may be requested within 30 days of the order receipt. Refunds will be issues in the same form of payment used. Items must be unused/unworn to qualify for a refund. Customer may be responsible for any return shipping. Please contact jody@springdot.com to initiate refund/replacement process.
