Returns/Refunds

All Celebration Shirts are custom made to order. We are unable to accept returns on custom made products with a family or event name on them. Please double check spelling and sizing before ordering. In the event that you've made a mistake on your order, please contact halanna@springdot.com as soon as possible. If you discover a flaw or design error, please let us know and we will gladly refund or replace your merchandise.

Refunds/replacements due to a design error may be requested at any time within 30 days of the order receipt. Refunds will be issues in the same form of payment used. Items must be unused/unworn to qualify for a refund. Please contact halanna@springdot.com to initiate refund process. Customer is responsible for any return shipping.
